Box body from Schmitz Cargobull

Economy meets everyday practicality: the box body from Schmitz Cargobull turns your single cab van into a real all-rounder. Using weight-optimised materials means that a payload of up to 1000 kg is possible.

The box body consists of newly developed sandwich panels with GRP top layers, which are both light and robust. Another innovation is the base which is fully loadable across the entire area, allowing for additional load capacity and greater flexibility.

The load securing equipment is already on board in your box body as standard, thanks to the airline rails embedded into the base, an all-round baseboard and two rows of rod lashing strips on each side wall at a height of 600 mm and 1300 mm. And if that is not enough, then there is a range of other securing equipment which is optionally available.

The translucent roof ensures appropriate lighting, meaning that the interior of the box body is evenly lit by daylight. Thanks to the position lamps and the LED roof light with motion sensor, you'll be able to get your bearings in your box body even at night.

The body length is optionally 3550 mm or 4350 mm.

Panel van Plus

Do you want a bit more? Then just opt for a second row of seats for your panel van. You can choose to have a row of either 3 or 4 seats, and they are separated from the load compartment by an integrated partition.

The load length in the panel van Plus is up to 2770 mm (under the seats) with the standard wheelbase. The second row of seats can be supplied for panel vans with normal and high roof, as well as with the standard or long wheelbase.
